How We Work

Risk-Based Approach

Monitoring and inspection planning prioritises higher-risk operations and compliance themes, ensuring focused oversight, timely intervention, and efficient use of resources.

Findings are documented, tracked, and used to guide corrective measures and ongoing monitoring.

Coordinated Enforcement

Enforcement is carried out through collaboration between programme areas, regional structures, and relevant inspectorates, ensuring consistent application of requirements and clear accountability.

Where necessary, matters are escalated for stronger interventions in line with the applicable processes.
