The Deputy Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources, Ms Phumzile Mgcina, will participate at the 2026 International Literacy Day (ILD) Celebration hosted by the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA), in partnership with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) Community Education and Training (CET) Branch, the National Adult Literacy Education Committee (NALEC), and other stakeholders.
